Popular Simka Looking for New Owner – Chocolate Factory in Vranje Offered at RSD 187.9 Million

Industrija Hrane Dunja company has been put up for sale as a legal entity for RSD 187.9 million, and its most important property is the Simka chocolate factory in Vranje.

The factory was founded in 1997 and is located in the city’s industrial zone, right next to the populated area.

It has 5,284.1 m2 of space for the production of confectionery, and the ad says that “it is technologically equipped for production in line with the most modern standards”.

The public bidding is scheduled for March 30, 2021.

Industrija Hrane Dunja has been in bankruptcy since March 2020.
