From July 1st, further liberalization of trade cooperation with the Russians
From July 1st, Serbian companies will be able to export without customs, carpets, furniture, cash registers, monitors, projectors and TVs, in the Russian Federation, which provides further liberalization of trade cooperation, announced by the Ministry of Economy.
An agreement was reached in Moscow, on consultations on 17th and 18th of May, with the
Serbian delegation headed by the Economy Ministry State Secretary Vesna Arsic.
In the context of creating the Customs Union of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan, and in order to provide conditions for the smooth flow of trade between Serbia and the Customs Union of the three countries, the Serbian delegation with representatives of the Customs Union agreed to apply expansion of the regime of free trade from July, 1st on the territory of Kazakhstan. With this Republic it shall be concluded Free Trade Agreement, which will further expand the bond market for Serbian exporters and create conditions for the smooth flow of trade of the Republic of Serbia with the Customs Union, noted in a statement.
The Moscow has also agreed that fro the goods exported from the Republic of Serbia in the customs territory of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be used the same lists of exemptions from the regime of free trade, and it has also been agreed on the list of exemptions for goods imported from the Russian Federation into the Republic of Serbia and the list of exemptions for goods imported from the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Serbia. The meeting also discussed the harmonization of legal frameworks for applying the rules on determining country of origin of goods, announced the Ministry of Economy.
