Construction of Facility of Xingyu in Nis Close to Completion, Test Run This Spring
According to him, the interior works and the landscaping of the complex are currently being finished. The Chinese company will invest EUR 60 million in the factory.
– The employment of 1,000 workers is planned in the new facility. The total area of the entire factory complex is 66,000 square meters, whereas the area of the facilities that are being built is nearly 48,000 square meters – Radivojevic stated.
He said that the City of Nis had built the previously missing section of the sewer network in Dimitrija Tucovica Blvd, the waterworks and the rainwater sewer in the newly built street west of the factory complex and started the final works on the construction of roads and sidewalks.
Radivojevic said that KLERP had also been involved in the job of moving the power line from the location where the factory is being built and the jobs of connecting the facility to the power system of EPS.
According to him, KLERP has been running the realization of the Chinese company’s investment and coordinating the works pertaining to the moving of the existing infrastructure and the building of the missing infrastructure since the very beginning.
