From January 20, 2021, the users of the Business Registers Agency (APR) are able to access the app for filing reports for statistics purposes and financial reports with the required documentation, or statements of inactivity for 2020 (reports for 2020) through the agency’s Special Information System, which enables a unified procedure of entry, control, signing and filing of those reports, APR announced.

The app is accessed at the web page of the Register of Financial Reports, through the link: System for Centralized Registration of Users, on the agency’s website.

This year as well, within the Special Information System, the agency has provided the Technical Manual for the Signing of Documents and Requests with a Qualified Electronic Signature and the Technical Manual for Electronic Payment, as well as video tutorials pertaining to the creation of requests, the filling out of forms, the signing and the updating of the documentation, the payment of fees and the signing and the filing of reports. Also, detailed guidelines for users for preparing and filing all types of reports for 2020 are available.

– In line with the law that regulates accountancy, all legal entities and entrepreneurs that keep books using the double-entry bookkeeping system are obliged to file their reports for 2020, as before, to the agency, exclusively in an electronic form, signed with a qualified electronic signature of the legal representative. We especially emphasize that, from this year, the bankruptcy estates where the bankruptcy proceedings continued are also obliged to file reports in case the procedure is stopped or completed, in line with the law regulating bankruptcy proceedings, and bankruptcy estates which have their own company registration number are also obliged to file reports – APR says.

Through the link Search of Registry of Submitting Entities, the agency enables the users to view the register of submitting entities. They can be searched by the company registration number, the tax identification number or the name of the legal entity or entrepreneur. Through this search, the data for each individual submitting entity is available to the users, namely: the status data, the data on the legal representatives, the size of the submitting entity, the obligation of auditing, the accountancy regulations and the forms through which the submitting entity files reports.
