Aleva has announced that it has recently signed a long-term contract on distribution of products to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. As the company announced, the products that are particularly well-ranked in these markets are universal spices Kulinat Classic and Kulinat Finess, food additives, dehydrated classical and instant soups, other spices and Aleva paprika.

- We export large number of products to the markets of former Yugoslavia, especially to Bosnia and Herzegovina where we expect over EUR 3m worth of turnover this year. We have started the certification process in Ukraine and Belarus. Export to the European market is increased, especially the export to Austria. We are present in Algeria where we expect significant expansion of the market. The company has also signed the contract with a partner in Arabian countries. We already operate in Libya and our wish is to cover the whole region with the new distributor - Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran... A very intensive analysis of Egyptian market is underway - said the people in Aleva.

Aleva won the Agro-biz Leader award yesterday (May 16, 2010) for its production and export results, which is traditionally granted by the Club of Business Journalists, the Association of Agrarian Economists of Serbia and the Regional Chamber of Commerce of Novi Sad at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.

Aleva annually processes 10,000 tons of fresh vegetables grown on the most fertile soil in our country and produces 7,000 tons of paprika, which is among top-quality ones in Europe and, in the opinion of many experts, even in the world. Thanks to 63-year-old tradition, Aleva has developed high-quality relations with its partners. Today it purchases vegetables from the third generation of manufacturers and, thanks to the partner and correct relations, over 200 agricultural manufacturers are the company's suppliers.
