The business zone is planned on an area of around 195.6 ha as a multi-purpose space planned for primary, secondary and tertiary activities, allowing for the forming of smaller or larger business complexes based on the planning parameters.

This includes the construction of meat packing plants, animal feed mixing plants, silos, mills, cookie and dough factories, as well as construction product factories, whose construction is possible on parcels meant for primary, secondary and tertiary activities. This area also allows for the construction of facilities and storage spaces for fertilizers and secondary raw materials for agricultural production, facilities for storing farming mechanization and facilities for production and storage of clean industry, construction, service and production crafts, as well as storage facilities for commerce and services. The construction of livestock and poultry farms is not planned.
