No Purchasers for Agroziv Property and Watermarks – Fourth Attempt at Sale of Meat Producer Unsuccessful

The fourth attempt at the sale of the property and the watermarks of the meat producer Agroziv from Zitiste has been pronounced unsuccessful, because no deposit was paid, nor was a banking guarantee provided, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency (ALSU) announced.

As the bankruptcy supervisor, ALSU advertised the sale last month.

The offer included movable and immovable property, divided into two lots, namely, the watermarks, registered at the Institute for Intellectual Property, and the business spaces in Zitiste.

The initial price for the first lot, the watermarks, was RSD 21.2 million, whereas, for the business spaces, it was RSD 8.5 million.
