Furthermore, Immofinanz has also acquired a retail park of around 5,500 square meters in Voitsberg, Austria, in the fourth quarter of 2020. The portfolio in Croatia will be expanded by another facility in the town of Ludbreg.
– Our plans include a medium-term increase to 140 STOP SHOP locations, whereby we intend to focus on the markets of Central and Eastern Europe, Southeast Europe and Austria, as well as a selective entry into the markets of other Western European countries – said Dietmar Reindl, COO of Immofinanz.
In Serbia, Immofinanz owns 10 shopping centers, on an area of around 100,000 square meters.
