Building Permit for Construction of Stadium in Leskovac Issued

A new stadium is to be built in Leskovac. The City Administration of Leskovac, Department for Urban Planning, has issued the building permit.

The station will be located on the parcels KP no. 6669, 6371, 6667/6, 6378/11 (before re-parcelization KP no. 15214/7 KO Leskovac) and 6374/4 KO Leskovac - LOT 2.

The facility will have three floors (including the ground floor), and the total area of the stadium complex is 31,176.00 m2.

Four stands and a fence of 2.20 meters in height are planned. The total capacity of the stadium will be 8,136 spectators.

The estimated contract value is RSD 2,417,582,350.40 with the VAT.

The existing facilities on KP no. 6669 KO Leskovac need to be removed for the purpose of the construction of the football stadium.

The project for the construction permit was prepared by CEP from Belgrade.
