New Heating Plant in Bor to be Built Through Public-Private Partnerships
– The City of Bor has been supported by the Government of Serbia to launch the idea of a public-private partnership, whereby the state would help resolve a part of the liabilities toward public entities, but also help write off a part of the interest, whereas the debts of the PUE Toplana are not to be handled by the city, but through the PPP – explained the mayor of Bor, Aleksandar Milikic.
He said that the obligation of the PPP would be to design and build the new heating plant and to distribute the heating energy at guaranteed prices set by the Republic of Serbia.
