MIHAJLOVIC: Great Potential for Further Development in Mining
Ambassador Stewart said that Australia and its companies were interested in cooperating in the sector of mining, the ministry announced.
– In addition to Rio Tinto and big investments in the lithium mine, a considerable number of small Australian companies is interested in cooperation and investments in the mining sector in Serbia. Also, considering the big experience in this field, we are ready to offer our knowledge and expertise to Serbian companies active in the mining business – she said.
She added that Australian companies were well known in the world for their new technologies and an innovative approach and services. Stewart said that she would also gladly support the announced implementation of e-mining in Serbia.
Mihajlovic also talked today to Zhang Jianchao, the general manager of the Shandong company, about the possibilities of cooperation on infrastructural projects in mining and energy.
