Steel Impex to Start Building Recycling Center in Krnjesevci
The subject of the urban project is the parceled and partially developed building land located in the 3rd urban unit which covers the business zone in the central part of the cadaster municipality of Krnjesevci. The cadaster parcel takes up 8,829 m2.
The construction of a business facility and a recycling hall is planned within the business-recycling center.
The business part is to be in the function of the operations of the recycling hall, with business and working areas with one workplace and group workplaces, joint-use rooms and multifunctional spaces for individual and team work. The business part of the facility is organized on the ground floor and the upper floor.
The recycling part of the facility is planned in the hall with technical rooms for the purposes of recycling metal and non-metal scraps. The service part of the facility is organized on the ground floor of the business building, one of whose parts is connected to the hall.
The outdoor areas of the locations should feature traffic routes, parking lots and roads for the open storage area for trucks with semi-trailers, a parking lot for the employees at the facility, as well as pedestrian areas, a firefighting lane and a flat area.
The planned recycling center complex will be connected to the public traffic network, that is, the existing traffic route Prva Industrijska Street – Ugrinovacki Put Street, whereby the functionality of the center as a unified construction unit is fully ensured. From the planned Prva Industrijska Street – Ugrinovacki Put Street route, which is 6.54 meters wide, road access to the facility is to be established.
On the north, street side, the parcel is fenced off by steel grid panels 2 meters tall, supported by concrete columns.
The parking area is located on three sides, in front of, to the east and to the west of the facility. It features a a total of 11 parking spaces for cars and three parking spaces for freight vehicles. Of the auxiliary facilities, the construction of a substation and a flat area for containers and storage of non-hazardous waste is planned on the parcel.
The project developer is Arhigram, and the geodetic surveying and processing for the purposes of the preparation of the urban project was done by Geoexp from Belgrade.
