Full Implementation of Electronic Invoices from January 1, 2022
The preparation of the law on electronic billion is in progress, taking into account the best EU practices and the relevant directives and standards, the ministry told Tanjug. According to them, the law is expected to be adopted in the first quarter of 2021 at the latest.
They say that the system entails an exchange of electronic invoices through a single platform, which will substantially upgrade the digitalization of business, improve the liquidity of the economy, accelerate business flows, reporting and environmental benefits such as a reduced use of paper, toners and so on.
