KMG Trudbenik Selling 22 Apartments in Belgrade – Price 2.7 to 19.6 Million Dinars

The bankruptcy supervisor of KMG Trudbenik in bankruptcy has announced the sale of apartments in Belgrade owned by the company. The public bidding is scheduled for November 23.

As said, most of the 22 apartments are located in Dalmatinska Street, and some are in Mestroviceva and Vojvode Brane streets.

The initial prices of the offered apartments of KMG Trudbenik, which are sold individually, range between 2.7 and 19.6 million dinars.

Let us remind, Trudbenik, whose core activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings, has been in bankruptcy since 2011.
