By combining glass, wood and stone with elements of modern design, they point out, a true design treat was made. The full design is the work of the Enterijerna architectural studio, backed by architect Nevena Antic.
– The complex is located in Ritopek and is positioned in a carefully chosen location so that the guests would be provided with an escape from a busy everyday life – the investors point out.
A house has 75 m2, spread on two floors, and the living room is separated from the night zone.
At the lower floor, the open space concept living room, featuring a kitchen and a dining room, is accessible from a balcony with a hydro-massage tub.
The guests are also provided with a restaurant which functions as a room service.
Within the complex, the guests also get free parking spaces, as well as a large pool, which is operational during the summer season.
