Procurement of Works for Construction of 20 Housing Units in Vrnjacka Banja in Next Two Weeks

Within the eighth sub-project of the Regional Housing Program, the company Jedinica za upravljanje projektima u javnom sektoru d.o.o. Beograd (JUP) is initiating a public procurement procedure for works on the construction of 20 housing units in Vrnjacka Banja.

The public procurement procedure for the construction of apartments meant for refugees from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia is expected to open in the next 15 days. The construction is expected to begin in early 2021.

The procedure will be carried out on the website of JUP at www.piu.rs, the announcement says.

The initiation of a public procurement procedure for works on the construction of 94 apartments in Novi Sad, 36 housing units in Pancevo and 14 apartments in Vrbas is envisaged within the ninth sub-project.
