– The management used this crisis period to successfully complete the categorization of the hotel for the fourth star and they are now continuing with the strategy of the positioning of the hotel. Their aim is to become recognized as a business hotel with high service standards and to exceed their guests' expectations – says Vukasin Dramlic, the director of the hotel.
The team of Hotel Industrial 1853 consists of around twenty professionals in this field.
– Considering that the human factor is of great importance for us, we paid special attention to the protection and preservation of the staff's health – Dramlic points out.
Located in the former Zastava complex, in one of the administrative buildings, Industrial is a part of the old industrial core of Kragujevac. It is located near the Stara Livnica Museum. Together, they make up an integral part of the historical cultural good Knezev Arsenal. The second part of the hotel's name is also symbolic – it is the year of the founding of Knezev Arsenal – 1853.
The hotel features a conference hall of multifunctional design, with full equipment for meetings, promotions, seminars, presentations and other business events.
The offer within the spa and wellness zone includes a sauna, a Turkish bath and a wide range of massages provided by professional staff.
– The biggest challenge in the upcoming period is to meet the guests' expectations, which have changed considerably due to the COVID-19 crisis, and primarily from the angle of safety and hygiene – our interviewee says and adds that they hope that the situation would improve soon and that the operations would go back to normal.
