NEPI Rockcastle own and manages the following property in Serbia : two shopping centers – Promenada in Novi Sad and Plaza in Kragujevac and one retail park – Krusevac Shopping Park.
Promenada shopping center opened in November 2018 and with an area of 49.000 m2 it`s the largest shopping center in Serbia. The worth of investment was EUR 136 million and the center has over 160 stores. Close to eight million visits were recorded in 2019 and there is a growing number of visitors from Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The need for a shopping center such as this one fulfilled expectations because Promenada became the shopping destination not only for Novi Sad residents but for the region too.
Since its opening in 2012, Plaza shopping center in Kragujevac positioned itself as the leading shopping center and the prime venue for entertainment and shopping not just in Kragujevac but in the entire region also. With more than 80 stores, Kragujevac Plaza offers its visitors everything under one roof. Covering the area of 22,292 m2, it is the only modern shopping center in Serbia located outside Belgrade or Novi Sad.

This certificate proves that the shopping center operates in compliance with the international health standards and offers its customers safe shopping experience. The experts at SAFE Shopping Centers, an independent company from Sweden which evaluates the security for shopping centers from all over the world have certified Promenada and Plaza as retail destinations as compliant with all preventive measures.
Krusevac Shopping Park was officially opened on September 26, 2019. The worth of the investment was EUR 12 million. The Park covers the area of 9,000 m2. Well-located and accessible, the Park contains exquisite blend of tenants – renowned international and local brands.
