The Tivat-based company Adriatic Marinas has put a complex called Boka Place on the real estate market. This is a new part of the luxury nautical-tourist settlement of Porto Montenegro in Tivat, and with purchased residential and office space, foreign citizens will get Montenegrin citizenship as a gift.

The construction of this complex will begin in late 2020, and the apartments of various structures cost 190,000 to 347,000 euros, whereas the prices for luxury three-room penthouse apartments are not listed in the prospectus. This information can only be obtained by an interested client through direct contact.

The minimum investment for the investor to obtain a Montenegrin passport is EUR 450,000.

According to Vijesti, a Podgorica-based daily, this is citizenship through “realization of a special program of investment of special importance for the economic interest of Montenegro”, known among the foreign investors in Montenegro as CBI (Citizenship by Investment).

All foreigners who meet the defined obligation toward the state may purchase property.

A total of 144 housing units is available.
