Usce Tower 2 opens in New Belgrade – A building which “breathes” on 22 floors and 23,200 m2 of class A office space
This modern facility offers office space of A+ class with 22 floors and a lease area of 23,200 m2. The total investment of MPC Properties in this project is EUR 65 million.
Ingo Nissen, the director of MPC Properties, has emphasized that Tower Two is designed in line with the highest green building standards and that it has a BREEAM certificate, with the “excellent” rating.
– This is a building which “breathes” and saves energy, which provides ideal conditions for work in all weather conditions, and it also has decentralized ventilation. It is a location for the beginning, but also for the development of a business – added Nissen, who thanked the City of Belgrade for its support, as well as everyone who took part in the project.
On behalf of the city, the ceremony was attended by the head urban planner of Belgrade, Marko Stojcic, and the deputy mayor, Goran Vesic.
– The Usce 1 project marked a new development of the city, primarily New Belgrade. Usce 2 is proof that the city is still developing. We are soon looking at the opening of BEO Shopping Center as well, on June 25, where the investor is also MPC Properties – Vesic said.
He noted that everyone who invested more than EUR 50 million in the city was provided with a special task force for cooperation and the solving of all potential problems.
After the official opening ceremony, the attendees were able to view Belgrade from the 21st floor.
