State officially became owner of 99.8% of capital of Banja Koviljača
The state officially became the owner of 99.8% of capital of Hotel-Tourist Company (HTP) Banja Koviljača yesterday (January 28, 2010). This company used to operate as a public company before it was taken over by the state.
The contract on transfer of ownership was signed yesterday in Belgrade by the CEO of the Republic Property Agency, Branislav Pejković, and CEO of HTP Banja Koviljača, Mladen Milutinović.
By the way, this company owns restaurants Kur-salon, Tri česme and Švajcarija, hotels Podrinje and Beograd, holiday hostel Gučevo, as well as villas Bosna and Koviljača.
