Decision on Preparation of Spatial Plan for Belgrade-Zrenjanin-Novi Sad Highway

The Government of Serbia has adopted the decision on the preparation of the Spatial Plan of the special purpose area of the Belgrade-Zrenjanin-Novi Sad highway corridor, as announced in the Official Gazette.

The deadline for the preparation of the Draft Spatial Plan is 12 months, the funds are provided by China Shandong International Economic and Technical Corporation Group, and the project leader is the Ministry of Construction of Serbia.

The Spatial Plan area roughly encompasses parts of the territories of the cities of Novi Sad, Belgrade, Pancevo and Zrenjanin and the municipalities of Opovo, Kovacica and Zabalj.

– The definite border of the Spatial Plan will be determined by the Draft Spatial Plan – the Government of Serbia says in the decision.
