Sveti Stefan Hoteli Sells 1.1 Million Shares at Montenegroberza
This tourist company has 8.1 million shares of a nominal value of EUR 3.19 per share. It has not been disclosed who has left the ownership and who has kept it or increased their stake, according to the Bankar.me portal.
The biggest shareholder is the Government of Montenegro with 41.6%, followed by AIK Bank (15.2%), the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund (12.8%), Strateks Development (9.3%), Strateks Hospital Beograd (5.8%), the Employment Agency (4.3%), four are joint custody accounts at three banks with ownership of 0.36%, 0.47% and 0.81%, and Iva Senjak has 0.13%.
Sveti Stefan Hoteli yesterday announced that it had ended the first quarter of 2020 with a profit of EUR 107,300.
The income was 244,300, and the expenditures amounted to EUR 137,000.
The hotel company ended 2019 with a profit of EUR 270,000.
