Komercijalna Banka to Issue Corporate Loans to Mitigate Negative Consequences of Coronavirus Pandemic
The loans are available to enterprises and legal entities headquartered in the Republic of Serbia, including the farms registered at the Business Registers Agency of the Republic of Serbia and classified as micro, small and medium companies which meet the conditions defined by the Guarantee Agreement.
The credits are meant for the financing of liquidity and working assets and are issued for a period of 36 months, with a grace period of 9 to 12 months and favorable interest rates.
The maximum amount is equal to the lesser of these two amounts:
– 25% of the borrower's income from 2019, according to the financial reports filed to the Business Registers Agencies for statistics purposes for that year, or
– the amount of EUR 3 million, in dinar countervalue in line with the middle course on the date of the signing of the loan agreement.
