The High Court Council of Serbia has announced that, with the decision on the lifting of the state of emergency, the conditions are met for the courts in Serbia to resume their activities on Monday, May 11, 2020. The published decision lists the rules of conduct for the employees and the parties to the end of protecting everyone's health and preventing a further spreading of the epidemic caused by the COVID-19 virus.

As said, when entering a court, the employees must go through a disinfection area and have their hands disinfected. They must also wear facemasks and are advised to wear gloves.

For people in queues in front of the counters and for workers at the counters, the personal distance measures apply.

Ventilation and air-conditioning systems will be turned off.

Parties are also obliged to go through the disinfection zone and have their hands disinfected, as well as to wear protective masks and gloves.
