Deadlines for Filing of Financial Reports Postponed

The Government of Serbia has adopted a decree pertaining to the postponement of the deadlines for the filing of annual and consolidated financial reports of business entities, cooperatives, other legal persons and entrepreneurs, as well as the deadlines for the filing of income tax returns and self-employment income tax returns, the Ministry of Finance announced.

With this decree, the deadline for the filing of annual financial reports with an auditor's report, is postponed until 60 days from the revocation of the state of emergency for all taxpayers whose reporting is regulated by the Law on Capital Market, Law on Investment Funds or Law on Alternative Investment Funds with a Public Offering.


For reporting regulated by the Law on Accounting, the deadline for regular annual financial reports is moved to 90 days from the revocation of the state of emergency, and the deadline for consolidated financial reports is moved to 120 days from the revocation of the state of emergency.
