Public Debt in February Increases by 0.2% to 49.1% of the GDP

The share of the public debt in the gross domestic product of Serbia in February 2020 was 49.1%, an increase by 0.2% compared to January, when it was 48.9%, the Ministry of Finance announces.

The nominal amount of the public debt at the end of February 2020 is EUR 24.36 billion.

At the end of January 2020, the public debt was EUR 24.20 billion, whereas, at the end of December 2019, it was EUR 23.94 billion, that is, 52% of the GDP.
