No VAT on Protective Masks – Foreigners' Working Permits Valid for the Duration of the State of Emergency

The Government of Serbia has adopted new decisions regarding the prevention of the spreading of COVID-19, among which is the decision to have the deliveries of facemasks by the National Health Insurance Fund to wholesalers exempt from VAT.

Also, the decision was made that the already issued working permits for foreign citizens whose validity has expired will be considered valid for the duration of the state of emergency.
