Permits for Movement of Workers During Curfew for Companies with Over 100 Employees Issued Weekly
Requests are filed in line with the Instruction of the Ministry of Economy No: 023-00-188/2020-09 of March 19, 2020, as a form defined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as follows:
– Public companies and companies which carry out activities of general interest and which are founded by the Republic of Serbia file requests through the Ministry of Economy at javna.preduzeca@privreda.gov.rs.
– Public companies and companies which carry out activities of general interest and which are founded by local self-government units file requests through the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government at lokalna.samouprava@mduls.gov.rs.
– Other companies file requests through the Ministry of Economy at vanrednostanje@privreda.gov.rs.
The form can be found HERE.
The Ministry of Economy forwards all the received requests to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which ultimately assesses how justified the requests are.
– Considering the complexity of the data processing procedure and the number of requests received, all companies are asked for understanding when it comes to the expected quickness of response. We will strive to respond to all the requests as soon as possible – the notification says.
The employer obliges to issue a working order to each employee, as follows: an employer with up to 100 employees must issue daily working orders, whereas an employer with over 100 employees issues working orders on a weekly basis for each person on the list for the issuing of permits.
During inspection procedures in the field, the Ministry of Internal Affairs will also accept working orders in an electronic form (scanned working order on a phone, tablet etc.).
The already issued movement permits, which pertained to the previous curfew between 8 pm and 5 am, automatically become valid for the period between 5 pm and 5 am.
Only the filled-out forms will be taken into consideration.
