Lidl introduces online consumer opinion testing
Lidl is interested in hearing and meeting the wishes and suggestions of its consumers, so the introduction of this online survey is supposed to further increase consumer satisfaction in the long term. Consumers can now quickly and directly answer questions pertaining to a certain store – for example, about how happy they are with the purchase, how quickly the queues move, how kind the staff is and how clean and fresh the items are.
– Our consumers' opinions are the most important guideline in our operations. As well as in the store, we communicate with them thanks to our consumer service through social networks as well, and this new, constantly and easily available survey will make the exchange of information even better – said the head of corporate communications at Lidl Serbia, Martina Petrovic.
Consumers who want to express their opinion after a purchase can access the online survey through the official site of Lidl Serbia or through the link https://www.lidl.rs/tvoje-misljenje, requiring only the account number. By filling out the survey, consumers can take part in an award contest by answering a trivia question. Each month, the ten consumers who give answers closest to the correct one win purchase vouchers of 5,000 dinars each. The first round is open until March 31, 2020, after which the cycle continues month after month, until February 28, 2021.
Information about the contest
The contest takes place between February 13, 2020 and February 28, 2021. The first phase started on February 13, 2020 (midnight) and ends on March 31, 2020 (11.59 pm). After that, the contest is carried out each moth and begins each 1st of the month at midnight and end on the last day of the month at 11.59 pm.
