The construction of new tourist features, bungalows, outdoor and indoor pools and sports courts is planned on the Goc mountain. The Department for Urban Planning, Construction and Housing-Utility Affairs of the City Administration of Kraljevo has put the draft of the General Regulation Plan “Goc” up for public review again.

Within the area covered by the GRP, the land in the building area takes up 17.47.79 ha, whereas the land outside it takes up 69.70.35 ha.

The land in the building area features public purpose areas, that is, planned public building land consisting of: a building-tourist complex, developed green areas, traffic infrastructure (for road, pedestrian and integrated traffic, as well as public parking spaces), areas for sports and recreation (small and large ski track) and planned parcels for utility infrastructure (parking, waste water treatment facility etc.).

The plan for the building-tourist complex envisages the construction of 10 tourist bungalows of three floors each and a floor area of 160 m2 (5,000 m2 in total), an outdoor-indoor pool of 825 m2 in total and six ski bars.

Tourism, child protection and sports facilities may have up to four floors (ground floor and loft included), and parking spaces need to be provided within the complex or on public parking areas.

Materials must be chosen in line with the purpose and the surroundings. Basements and ground floors should feature natural broken stone, and upper floors and lofts should be built from wooden materials, wood shingles, stone plates or flat tiles.

The GRP also envisages outdoor basketball, handball, futsal, volleyball and tennis courts and an outdoor-indoor pool.
