New ski track to be built in Ridjage on Jelica mountain

The Urban Planning Department of Cacak has reached the decision on the preparation of the Detailed Regulation Plan for a ski track in the village of Ridjage on the slopes of the Jelica mountain.

The area covered by the DRP is around 8.82 ha.

– Jelica is a natural border between Dragacevo and the Cacak Basin. The spatial plan of the city of Cacak recognizes the mountain as a very attractive tourist location with preserved nature – the decision reads.

As said in the decision, the space will develop in the function of sports and recreation with the accompanying features, while taking care to preserve the natural characteristics of the space and the wider area.

The decision also says that the City Administration for General and Common Affairs of Cacak is to carry out the public procurement procedure for the amendment of the DRP. The preparation deadline period is 18 months.
