TGRS to build car parts factory in Bela Palanka – New jobs for 350 workers

The members of the Bela Palanka Municipal Council have agreed to sign a Memorandum of understanding between the municipality and the new investor, TGRS doo, for the construction of car parts factory and opening new jobs, the Municipal Administration said in a statement.

The project should contribute the economic growth of Bela Palanka Municipality by employing 350 new workers. The investor will get the new factory under way with their own capital and with the support of state subsidies.

– The first phase will entail new jobs for 100 workers by June 30 on a brownfield location in Bela Palanka. The facility will be located in the building of the former Crni Marko company which will be leased to the investor after reconstruction. So far around 300 CVs arrives and the training period has begun in the facility where steering wheels will be made. The second phase, which will last until the end of 2021, entails the construction of a factory in the Murica 1 industrial zone meaning that by the end of this period we will have employed 350 citizens of Bela Palanka, the Mayor of Bela Palanka, Goran Miljkovic stated.
