As Djuricek points out, an especially attractive feature of the new CTPark is its location. The land where the industrial park is to be built is located in Novi Banovci, right next to the A1 highway.

– Our new center will be strategically positioned between the two biggest cities in Serbia – Belgrade and Novi Sad. The location next to the Novi Banovci intersection allows for simple access to highways, which is of great importance for future investors. Also, an important advantage is the great connection with Zagreb, Budapest and Timisoara – says Djuricek.

He also invited all domestic and international companies to cooperate with CTP.

– We offer premium Class A facilities on strategic positions to modern logistic companies, as well as all other clients. Additionally, since we operate in several countries and we have several industrial parks in each country, we offer flexibility in the case of an increase of the volume of our clients’ business and in the case of reductions – Vlatko Djuricek said.
