The project was managed by CTP’s experienced Project Manager – Laza Kovacevic. This delivery was added to the existing portfolio on this location in which CTP entered in 2017 with the 7 million euro purchase of Phoenix Logistic center adding 10,200 m2 to its international portfolio.
The new delivery was recognized in a very short period of time which is proved by the 100% occupancy rate covered by renown tenants – Pheonix Pharm, Emmezeta and Sika.
In 2020, the development of the largest industrial park in Serbia is to commence – CTPark Belgrade North.
