Construction of container terminal and two new rail tracks begins in Makis
The new container terminal is being built as part of the sixth group of marshaling tracks in the area between the 68th and the 74th marshaling track, as well as on the 77th marshaling track at Beograd Ranzirna station, the Serbian Railways Infrastructure company told Tanjug.
The value of the contracted works is EUR 5.5 million, and the funds were provided by the Government of Serbia.
The deadline period for the completion of the project is 270 days.
