Sale of state shares of Dinara announced

The Ministry of Economy will get involved in the trading of shares of AD Dinara from Belgrade at the Belgrade Stock Exchange, it was announced on December 3.

The ministry will issue a sales order for 3,514 shares, making up 1.65% of the total number of shares of Dinara, a retailer of motor vehicle components and equipment.

The Ministry of Economy recently announced that it would offer the shares of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund in the tobacco company Coka, as well as the shares of the state Equity Fund in the Zrenjanin-based company Saobracaj i transport, up for sale.

Around 3.8% of Coka's shares and around 2.75% of the shares of Saobracaj i transport will be put up for sale.
