CTP Invest to develop largest industrial park in Serbia
– In 2019, CTP Invest bought land of 15.3 hectares aiming to build one of the largest industrial parks in Serbia. We have already obtained the permit for the construction of the logistics center as well, and the works are planned to begin in the first quarter of 2020. Three separate buildings of a total area of 70,000 m2 of modern A-class industrial space will be built within CTPark Belgrade North.
An especially attractive feature of the new CTPark is its location. The land where the industrial park is to be built is located in Novi Banovci, right next to the A1 highway.
– Our new center will be strategically positioned between the two biggest cities in Serbia – Belgrade and Novi Sad. The location next to the Novi Banovci intersection allows for simple access to highways, which is of great importance for future investors. Also, an important advantage is the great connection with Zagreb, Budapest and Timisoara – the company says.
A modern space and a great position of CTPark Belgrade North are suitable for “first mile” logistics and light manufacturing. The distance from the center of Belgrade of only 20 kilometers, the proximity of Novi Sad, Indjija and the neighboring places are a special advantage, also because of the easily available workforce. The 40 minutes drive area covers around 2,5 million of workforce.
