CTP becomes the largest developer and owner of industrial and logistics real estate in Slovakia
– This is an important and strategic decision for CTP. It expands our presence in East Slovakia and underlines our commitment to develop and own a network of fully-serviced business parks in regional capitals and major urban cities across CEE. Currently we are present in 10 strategic hotspots in the main countries of CEE. The acquisition of the park from Erste Bank with a provision of the acquisition loan from Erste is a confirmation of our long-term and successful cooperation with the Erste Group across the whole CEE region – announced Remon Vos, CEO of CTP.
With a Slovakian portfolio of 29 buildings and four projects currently under construction totaling 421,000 m2, CTP becomes the largest developer and owner of industrial and logistic properties. CTPark Košice consists of 5 industrial buildings with total lettable area of 57,000 m2.
The project includes newly built properties and provides additional space for further development of new buildings of approximately 21,000 m2. All buildings are fully leased to tenants such as DPD, Gefco, U-Shin, Howe, Windsdor Machine, Faurecia and others.
Premium business park in east Slovakia
CTPark Košice perfectly fits into the CTPark Network. It already offers a complimentary mix of building types catering to the needs of a wide range of companies, sizes and activities including R&D, light manufacturing and logistics.
East Slovakia further provides companies with a quality workforce, well-developed infrastructure, and a host of other benefits. In recent years, Slovakia has been one of the fastest growing economies among the European Union countries.
– Our vision is to continue the development of CTPark Košice and to further strengthen its position as the premium business park in East Slovakia – added Remon Vos.
