Gas from TurkStream to start flowing through Bulgaria to Serbia by May 2020
– When we do our part of the job and Serbia does its part, with our gas pipelines, highways and railways, we will establish a business. Both states will collect fees – Borisov said on TV Prva.
According to him, if there's a gas crisis, as announced, Bulgaria has an agreement with Russia on the delivery of gas to Turkey by 2030. Also, Bulgaria can transport gas from other states as well, so it will supply all of Europe together with Serbia, Borisov said and emphasized the importance of road and rail infrastructure.
He added that Bulgaria was completing the final sections of Corridor 10, to be completed by 2021.
– This road leads to the west and connects you to the east, our ports and further to Turkey. Also, we will recover rail transport, and new trains, running at around 180 kilometers an hour, will transport goods quickly – Borisov said.
