Traditional event of Serbian Lighting Society to gather science and economy experts from November 12 through 15 in Bajina Basta
The president of the Serbian Lighting Society, Nebojsa Radovanovic, emphasized the importance of this kind of an event.
– It has turned out that such events are extremely important for people in the business of lighting and producers of lighting devices. This annual international event, which is held in a different city each year, is very important for everyone who's involved in the lighting sector in any capacity – Radovanovic told eKapija.
At the event, leading experts will talk about innovations in the field of lighting.
– LED lighting, both interior and exterior, is current now. There are constant improvements in the quality of LED sources, whereby the duration, the efficiency and the color are improved. That is the latest things in the lighting technology and it will be presented through numerous works here – Radovanovic says.
Jelena Dinic will talk about urban smart lighting, and Andrej Djuretic will discuss the technology of wireless transfer of digital information through the light emitted by LED lights.
Natasa Strbac Hadzibegovic will present the new publication of the International Commission on Illumination, whereas Predrag Aleksic, Radoslava Savic Radovanovic and Teodora Savic will talk about lighting in aircraft.
The important questions of indirect effects of light pollution will be discussed by Zoran Ledinski, and Tatjana Marjanovic will explain the demands of lighting sports events in more detail. Miroslav Gojic will present the work titled “LED Lighting in Potentially Explosive Environments”.
The second day will also be reserved for the latest trends in top-quality sports lighting, which will be discussed by Mladen Supic, Zarko Pavlovic, Vladimir Popovic and Momcilo Petrovic.
Radomir Nikolic and Petar Radonjic will present a study of the impact of artificial lighting on employees' productivity, and Zoran Kovacevic and Marija Mladenovic will talk about an analysis of the implementation of LED corn bulbs in public lighting.
Radoslava Savic Radovanovic will talk about lighting in biomedicine, and Nemanja Marjanovic will talk about installing and powering safety lighting in emergency cases.
Also, leading companies from these fields will present their operations: Ledvance, Fluoelektro, Buck, Elektrovat, Minel-Schreder and Signify.
The Serbian Lighting Society was founded in 1955. It gathers experts of various profiles.
This annual event is the most important professional event organized by the Serbian Lighting Society.
Participation fee for Osvetljenje 2019 is RSD 10,000 and covers taking part in the event, the professional material available at the event, a field trip, a visit to the NP Tara museum, a visit to the church in Dub and a dinner.
