Due to regular technical maintenance, which Air Serbia traditionally plans at the beginning of the low season, when the demand and the number of passengers are decreased, the Airbus A330, carrying the YU-ARA registration, will not operate its route between September 24 and October 6.

The said technical maintenance is performed every two years in line with the industry standards. Two dates were available and Air Serbia chose the time period in which the aircraft would have the fewest flights and the fewest passengers, the company announced.

Due to this, passengers from the four Belgrade-New York-Belgrade flights, operated by the only wide-body plane in Air Serbia's fleet, would be moved to flights of other companies or offered refunds, Air Serbia says in the press release.

The passengers have been notified of the changes and the company's Customer Service Center is available for all additional information by calling +381 (0)11 311 21 23 or +381 (0)800 111 528.
