Gas stations and rest areas on Milos The Great highway not until next year
Drivers will not be able to able to fill up their tanks neither ion the highway route through Grdelica Gorge nor along the other new routes on Serbian highways.
According to the spatial plan for the Obrenovac-Cacak section,there should be five rest areas with gas station in both directions.
The plan is to build a road maintenance depot at the rest area near Obrenovac which will employ 40 to 60 workers as well as the construction of a parking lot, gas station , restaurant, coffee shop, stores and information center.
The next gas station is located towards Ub municipality while another rest stop is planned at he Lajkovac interchange that will include a small motel with accommodation capacity of 20-40 beds.
Another gas station will be built in Ljig municipality. A rest area and a motel with accommodation capacity of 50-60 beds will be located near the Preljina interchange.
All activity concerning opening hospitality and other facilities are conducted by Public Enterprise Roads of Serbia,
– Investors will have to buy the construction land, design the project and obtain all permits. We expect everything to be finished in 2020. There is a great interest in these project, said Nebojsa Pavlovic the advisor in the Ministry of Construction .
