Republika Srpska Lottery opens international invitation for a partner – Documentation buyout deadline August 29

The Republika Srpska Lottery has opened an international public invitations for a partner with which it would form a joint company which would organize electronic gambling games.

The Lottery will own 51% in the new company, with a capital contribution of BAM 6.74 million, whereas the selected co-owner will have 49%, with a capital contribution of at least BAM 5 million.

Of this, one millions needs to be cash, whereas the rest should be items and rights.

– Along with their bids, applicants need to submit proof of the payment of a deposit in the amount of 3% of the estimated value of the capital contribution, or a banking guarantee that is unconditional, irrevocable, uncontested and payable on first demand – the invitation says.

Applicants may be local and foreign legal entities with experience in organizing gambling games of at least ten years, an annual income of EUR 3 million in the past three years. They must also be members of The European Lotteries and the World Lottery Association.

They may not have unpaid taxes, contributions and other liabilities and they can’t be undergoing a bankruptcy or a liquidation procedure.

The documentation has been available since Saturday, August 3, and the Lottery invites those interested to file written requests by August 29. The documentation costs EUR 10,000.

Let us remind that the GM of RS Lottery adopted the decision on an approval of the founding of the joint company, obliging it to open the public invitation.
