No bids for JAT Tehnika – Sale pronounced unsuccessful

The procedure of the sale of the state company JAT Tehnika has been pronounced unsuccessful as no bids were sent before the deadline of July 31, the Ministry of Economy announced.

On Thursday, August 1, a session of the commission for the procedure of the public collection of bids was held, where it was determined that no bids were sent within the deadline.

The Surcin-based company JAT Tehnika maintains and repairs aircraft. The company, a former part of JAT, was offered through the model of the sale of the capital.

The company was put up for sale at the initial price of EUR 20.5 million, and the deposit for taking part in the procedure was EUR 2 million.
