Land in Vranjska Banja and hotel complex Zubor in Kursumlijska Banja up for sale

The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put land in Vranjanska Banja and the spa complex Zubor in Kursumlijska Banja, owned by the Republic of Serbia and the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, up for sale through the method of collection of written bids.

In Vranjska Banja, the offer includes land of 8,426 m2. The ad points out that the health institution located on the land is not included in the offer. As said, it is to be demolished, because it doesn’t have an exploitation permit.

The initial price of the land in Vranjska Banja is EUR 252,564.21.

In Kursumlijska Banja, the Property Directorate is selling numerous pieces of real estate within the spa complex Zubor, among which are hospitality facilities, a mansion and a pool.

The ad points out that the small building where the geothermal water spring is located is not part of the offer.

The initial price of all this property is EUR 1,415,836.5.

Those interested in these two sales may send bids by August 12, 2019, at the address of the Property Directorate in Belgrade.
