The company Future Reality Systems was founded in Niš in 2016. The founders of the company are Petar Pejic, Tihomir Djurkovic, Srdjan Sakan and Obrad Stajic, and the initiative for launching the company was inspired by research at Petar Pejic’s PhD studies.

The company, the founders say, was launched with the idea of developing the technology of Augmented reality and Virtual reality and creating their own product - the Arxitech platform for the automation of the interior design process.

- The first project to be realized was the mobile application "52 Weekends in Serbia" for the Tourism Organization of Serbia, which, with the help of expanded and virtual reality, enhances the eponymous brochure. The application was presented at tourism fairs in Belgrade and Berlin as an official application of the Tourism Organization of Serbia. Also, virtual walks through several cultural, historical and education facilities were made, including the Serbian Presidency - Petar Pejic says for eKapija.

However, as a startup, the company has focused on developing its own software product from the beginning, and that is the Arxitech platform.

- Arxitech is a web and mobile platform for the automation of the interior decoration process. This platform is designed as a tool for architects and designers to speed up the process, simplify it, and thereby reduce costs. This eliminates the need for expensive programs, the long working process is avoided, and the architect and the client are able to reach the final design through several simple iterations. In addition to this primary purpose, the platform can also serve as a marketing tool for the sale of real estate, because it allows for a quick and easy display of the interior of the future facility, so that potential buyers can make the purchase decision easier. Looking at the platform from this angle, clients can also be investors in residential buildings - Pejic and his colleague Tihomir Djurkovic say.

Arxitech already has the first clients, architectural studios from the USA and Serbia. The mobile app Arxitech is currently in the MVP development phase and its publication is expected at the end of the year, whereby the platform will reach full functionality. An example of a VR tour created using the platform can be seen at this link.

Future Reality Systems has recently been selected to enter the Delta Business Incubator, a program for supporting startup development.

- For the company, entering the Delta Business Incubator for the company is an opportunity for business upgrade, in both strategic and operational terms. Learning from the largest companies, it can accelerate its growth and avoid mistakes that could otherwise occur - Pejic and Djurkovic point out.

The company`s strategic goal is to become present globally through its platform and become the leader in the interior design software sector with time.
