Over 75,000 used cars imported to Serbia in the first six months of 2019
If the average amount paid for an imported used vehicle is EUR 3,000, it's clear that more than EUR 220 million has left Serbia.
At the same time, 18,087 new vehicles were sold in the country, which is insufficient to improve the average rolling stock, which is older than 15 years.
The daily also writes that, of the total number of imported used cars, as many as 34,157 are between 14 and 20 years old. There were 4,704 cars less than five years old.
The majority of the imported vehicles are of the following brands: Volkswagen, Opel, Peugeot, Renault, Audi, Fiat, Citroën, BMW, Ford and Mercedes.
