Jugoremedija put up for sale again

The pharmaceutical factory Jugoremedija is still looking for a new owner. A new sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity, through public bidding, has been advertised.

The initial price remains unchanged compared to the previous sale and is RSD 800 million. The deposit is RSD 762,706,271.41.

Let us remind that this is the sixth attempt at a sale of the Zrenjanin pharmaceutical company and that, during the previous attempt, the bankruptcy supervisor, Radovan Savic, told eKapija that the situation at the factory was quite bad and that it was only going to get worse.

Despite the price having been lowered from RSD 1.2 billion to RSD 800 million, no one had paid the deposit.

Once again, the offer includes the pharmaceutical factory in Zrenjanin with the accompanying equipment, a single-room apartment in Zrenjanin, intellectual property – 24 watermarks, motor vehicles, inventory and supplies.

The public bidding is scheduled for August 9, 2019, at noon, in Zrenjanin.
