Sale of IMR pronounced unsuccessful
– The bankruptcy supervisor pronounced the said sale unsuccessful, as the board of creditors had not given an opinion on the submitted bid within the deadline – the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency said.
Lilly Drogerie offered RSD 354 million for IMR in late May, which was below 50% of the estimated value of the bankruptcy debtor, requiring the board of creditors of IMR to make a decision about the offer.
Before the sale, IMR had been estimated as a legal entity at RSD 2.9 billion. In Belgrade, its property includes numerous halls, machine production facilities and warehouses taking up 75,000 square meters, as well as a hotel, a management building, infrastructure and ownership of the IMR institute.
IMR has production complexes in Ljubis and Sljivovica on Zlatibor.
