Parking Service Belgrade implements prepaid card payment option
The card is put against the device located at the entrance or the exit from the garage, which reads it out and lifts the barrier. The price of parking is charged to the card upon exiting the garage or the parking lot.
– The Parking Service has developed a new service, a prepaid parking card, in line with the users' needs. It helps the user save time and money, as they no longer have to wait in queues in front of the counter. The Parking Service is constantly working on raising the quality of its services, and the company aims to facilitate the use of parking facilities it runs for various categories of users – said the director of the Parking Service, Andrija Cupkovic.
Prepaid parking cards are sold at garages and parking lots and in the outlets of the Parking Service at the price of RSD 650. The cards need to be topped up when first entering the garage or the parking lot. They can be topped up at garages and parking lots.
Prepaid parking cards can be topped up electronically as well, if the card is personalized through registration at the Parking Service's portal. By personalizing the card, the user gets a discount of 5% for every electronic topping out in the amounts of 1,000 to 4,000 dinars, and a discount of 10% for amounts of 5,000 to 9,000 dinars.
The Parking Service recently offered a time-limited parking card for garages and parking lots – Parking PasS, which can be bought for periods of 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days.
